Pourtant, le véritable responsable est souvent ignoré : le sportif lui-même.En sport, le sportif est le patron.Dans le cas de la boxe, le boxeur est le patron de la boxe.🥊 Le paradoxe camerounais : 60 ans de Fédération, 0 demande de subvention. La Fédération Camerounaise de Boxe existe depuis l’indépendance du pays. Pourtant, jusqu’à ce jour, aucun président de la Fécaboxe n’a pu citer un seul club ayant officiellement déposé une demande de subvention auprès de l’État.Pourquoi ?Parce que le boxeur et même le personnel d’encadrement refusent de se former au management sportif.La procédure normale pour pratiquer la boxe (décentralisation & développement local) :1. Le postulant s’adresse à la Délégation d’Arrondissement des Sports.2. Celle-ci l’oriente vers la Ligue d’arrondissement de boxe.3. La Ligue l’oriente vers le club de boxe le plus proche de son domicile.4.
